Northern California Microwedding in Rustic Venue

Lydia and Cody decided to get married in front of their closest friends and family! They weighed their options and different wedding plans, but in the end, it was important to them that they become partners for life and they didn’t want to wait any longer!

Most of the decor is actually DIY’ed by Lydia, which gave it that extra personal boho touch! From all the signs to the popcorn bag, you can tell that everything was made with a lot of heart and joy. She has so much skill! Does anyone else think she should start her own business of wedding planning/decor rentals?!!

Fun fact: Lydia and I actually met when we were both a part of Key Club back in our high school days!! She reached out to me and asked if I could photograph her special day…so crazy how time flies by!

It was a very sweet ceremony with a champagne toast afterwards (can never go wrong with champagne, y’all know what I’m saying!!). Cody had a small speech for their guests that came today, and then it was time to whisk Lydia and Cody away for some gorgeous newlywed portraits, as we had to take advantage of that autumn sunset.

To Lydia + Cody, I’m sending you so much gratitude. Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day! I loved seeing the joy on your faces as y’all became Mrs. & Mr. in front of your loved ones, and I also love the energy that your guests brought. Sending you both (and Luna) a lifetime of bomb food, deep belly laughs and success as you enter into the next chapter of your lives β™‘
