Tara and Sigi are two wonderful souls who have experienced a lot together since they met twelve years ago. Tara and her son Ade grew from a family of a two to a family of three when Sigi came into their lives (also can’t forget their super duper cute dog, Ziggy!!), and this family has come to really cherished one another so deeply. Tara and Sigi celebrated their love in front of their closest friends and family on a November afternoon, and the universe blessed them with warm weather!

What was really special about their wedding took place during the ceremony. Sigi and Ade walked with Tara up to the front, after Tara’s dad walked with her before letting Sigi take his place. This symbolized that the three of them (Tara, Ade, Sigi) are walking together as family, that they are not alone and have each other in all chapters of life- I mean, how freakin’ precious is that!!

Following the ceremony was millions of hugs, laughs, and big cheers for the newlyweds! During dinner, everyone closed their eyes and held hands while a close friend from Hawaii performed a special Hawaiian chant (mele oli), and I believe that togetherness was felt in that moment.

T + S, thank you both for the hugs and for making sure that I ate dinner and stayed hydrated. Thank you for being you. Sending you all the love and joy as you continue living life and experiencing all that it has together (also, give Ziggy lots of pets for me!).
